Who we are

Windy City Linen (“we”, “us”) rents event linens from showrooms in Wheeling, Illinois and Elm Grove, Wisconsin. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. You can reach us on our contact page, at (224) 279-1500, or at info@windycitylinen.com.

What we collect

When you send us your list, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, delivery and billing addresses, and the details of your event and order. If you visit our website, we also receive basic technical information such as the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare pricing and availability, process and deliver your orders, send invoices and statements, and look after your account. If you agree to text messages, we use your mobile number to send you messages about your orders (see “Text messages” below).

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will text you about your own orders and account: delivery and pickup times, order changes, invoices and account questions, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or call us at (224) 279-1500. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. We do not sell or share your mobile number

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (for example, to send text messages and email and to process payments) only to do work for us, and they may not use your information for anything else.

Who else sees your information

We share information only with people who need it to serve you: our staff, the drivers and carriers who deliver your order, and the service providers described above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop receiving emails or texts, by calling (224) 279-1500 or writing to info@windycitylinen.com. Replying STOP to any text stops texts from that number.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
